Digital Marketing Specialist

Google Ads | SEO | Social Media | Performance Marketing | Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and social media channels.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving qualified traffic, increasing engagement, generating leads, and improving campaign performance across both paid and organic channels.

You’ll own Google Ads campaigns, SEO initiatives, social media engagement, and marketing analytics while continuously identifying opportunities to improve ROI and business growth.

What You’ll Own

Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and build effective campaign structures.
  • Write and test high-converting ad copy.
  • Optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities to improve results.

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Manage company presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions professionally.
  • Schedule content and optimize captions and post performance.
  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support content initiatives.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
  • Optimize website metadata, headings, content, and internal linking.
  • Support technical SEO improvements and on-page optimization.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.
  • Identify content opportunities and keyword gaps to improve search visibility.

Reporting & Marketing Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance across paid, organic, and social channels.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics 4 and other marketing platforms.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign updates and optimization activities.
  • Present actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms and engagement.
  • Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Technical Skills

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • SEO best practices
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms
  • Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CPC
    • CTR
    • CPA
    • Conversion Rate
    • ROAS
  • Excellent written communication and ad copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with content marketing workflows and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Meta Ads or other paid social advertising platforms.
