With more than 400,000 systems installed worldwide, Videojet delivers industry‑leading technologies including continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet, laser, thermal transfer overprinting, and case coding solutions.

We are proud to be part of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO)—a $5B global organization with over 16,000 associates united by a powerful purpose: Safeguarding the World’s Most Vital Resources. Imagine a world with clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. That’s the future Veralto is building—starting today.

Are you a technically strong project manager who enjoys being close to the customer, the sales process, and the execution of complex engineered solutions? This role is a unique opportunity to own projects from early commercial opportunity through order execution, installation, and final customer acceptance.

⭐️ About the Project Manager role:

As a Project Manager on the North America Commercial Team, you will partner directly with Commercial Sales and Application Engineering to support active opportunities that are expected to convert into sales. You will help bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to complex customer-facing projects, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales into successful delivery.

In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability across Sales, Application Engineers, Service, Operations, OEM partners, vendors, and customers. You will manage schedules, milestones, Salesforce data, project funnel visibility, reporting, technical requirements, and execution readiness.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, influencing without authority, managing multiple stakeholders, and turning complex opportunities into predictable, high-quality customer outcomes.

Travel amount: 25% within the U.S - candidates should be located within 2 hours from an airport

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales opportunities requiring advanced technical solutions.

  • Manage projects from opportunity engagement through installation and customer acceptance.

  • Maintain project and opportunity data in Salesforce, including funnel stage progression and reporting.

  • Build and manage project schedules, milestones, dashboards, and execution plans.

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Application Engineering, Service, Operations, and external partners.

  • Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, safety expectations, and Videojet quality standards.

What we’re looking for
