Job description

To support our international expansion, we are looking for a Freelance Dutch Content Reviewer for our sofatutor KIDS App. You adapt and quality-assure our learning games for the Dutch market, ensuring they are linguistically accurate, culturally appropriate, and enjoyable for young children.

 

📍 100% remote | ⏳ 5-10hrs/week | 📆 project: 3 months

Our app sofatutor KIDS is already well established in Germany and designed specifically for preschool-aged children. Through playful learning formats, we support children in developing essential skills and a love for learning.

Your Tasks:

  • Review and refine Dutch translations (including voice-over content)

  • Ensure a natural, child-friendly tone and terminology

  • Test games for usability, comprehension, and playability

  • Identify and document issues and improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with our internal teams on localization topics

Your Profile:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch

  • Good command of English for communication and collaboration

  • Strong feel for language used with young children (ages 2–6)

  • Experience in localization, translation, proofreading, or QA

  • Interest in educational products or digital learning

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable
