Odd Bunch is a rapidly growing company on a mission to build a more sustainable food system and make groceries affordable for Canadians. We source cosmetically imperfect or surplus produce and deliver it directly to households through a subscription-based service. Our innovative approach not only helps to reduce food waste by diverting “odd” produce from ending up in landfills, but also makes a significant social and environmental impact.
We are helping Canadians save thousands of dollars on their grocery bills, supporting local farmers, donating to families suffering from food insecurity, and building a better planet in the process.
We currently operate in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia, with most of our team located in Toronto, London, and Vancouver.
Odd Bunch is building a world-class global brand around rescuing good food. We are hiring a UX Designer to own the experience layer across our web and apps - turning research and strategy into flows that convert and retain, as one of three designers in a tight, fast-moving pod. You will decide how the experience works and validate it with users; our UI Designer makes it beautiful and reusable; the Product Designer optimizes it once it ships. Product Strategy is hands-on throughout.
The pod runs as a clear loop, from customer signal to shipped experience and back:
Join us in our mission to transform the grocery industry and make a lasting impact on eliminating food waste and improving food affordability in Canada.
If you are excited about this opportunity and meet the qualifications listed above, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for Odd Bunch.
We look forward to hearing from you!
