Responsibilities:

  • Social Strategy & Architecture: Build and own a ground-up social media strategy for Instagram/Facebook and TikTok that drives reach within the target audience, communicates Findies value, builds trust, and converts followers into app users.
  • Viral & Serial Content: Ideate and shape high-shareability formats (comparisons, tips, edutainment) and recurring series to maximize reach and perceived value of the app.
  • Influencer & Ambassador Partnerships: Source, negotiate, and manage long-term influencer and ambassador collaborations that sustainably grow reach and engagement within the target audience.
  • Research, Trends & Reputation: Continuously monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Manage Findies online reputation across Reddit, Quora, Instagram, Facebook, and review platforms; conduct audits and maintain an anti-crisis response plan.
  • SMM Operating Model: Build and run the end-to-end SMM workflow — planning, production, QA, publishing, and cross-channel coordination.
  • Insights & Performance: Own social analytics and insights (KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews) and translate learnings into new formats, experiments, and growth loops.

Skills and experience:

Must-have:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in SMM, preferably for a lifestyle B2C mobile app or a high-growth tech product working for the US market.
  • Viral Storytelling & Formats: Strong instinct for shareable formats, serial content, and narrative-driven storytelling.
  • Trend Awareness: Ability to spot trends early and turn them into timely, brand-relevant content.
  • Operational Ownership: Experience owning SMM end-to-end (planning, production, publishing, coordination).
  • Performance Thinking: Comfortable using analytics and insights to guide experiments and growth decisions.
  • English Language: B2+

Nice-to-have:

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with product or performance marketing teams.
  • Reputation Management: Experience in monitoring and managing brand reputation across social platforms, forums, and review sites.
  • Crisis Handling: Ability to build or support anti-crisis and reputation response plans.
  • AI Literacy: You are an early adopter of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Perplexity, etc.) and are excited to automate processes that drive results.
  • Proven Track Record: You have scaled an account from near-zero to 100k+ followers organically or via influencer partnerships.
  • Paid Amplification Basics: Familiarity with boosting high-performing organic content using small paid budgets.
  • Influencer Marketing: Hands-on experience working with micro-influencers and building long-term ambassador partnerships.
