This opportunity offers the chance to lead moderately complex Workday initiatives that support key HR processes across the teammate lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, learning, movement, compensation, absence, and separation. The Systems Analyst Senior will independently manage assigned priorities, translate business needs into thoughtful Workday solutions, and ensure configurations align with enterprise standards, governance, security, and best practices.
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical resource and consultative partner, helping stakeholders understand system capabilities, trade-offs, and impacts while designing solutions that improve usability, consistency, data integrity, and operational effectiveness. Leveraging strong Workday knowledge and hands-on configuration experience, you'll play a key role in enhancing HR technology solutions that support workforce operations and elevate the teammate experience.
