  • Our video players are embedded directly on publisher sites, including Accuweather, Axel Springer, Dotdash Meredith, McClatchy, Penske Media Co., and more.
  • We work with leading brands and agencies including American Express, Citi, Dentsu, Mars, UM, and more helping them target ads against our publishers’ video content.
  • We power streaming for over 2,000 blue-chip media companies, including 80% of the top 25 Comscore US publishers. As the largest independent global video network across CTV and OLV, we reach over 1B unique users and deliver 30B+ combined video plays and ad impressions every month.

The Role

JWX is expanding its streaming business across Europe, and we're hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead that growth. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role focused on broadcasters, sports rights holders, and D2C OTT streaming services across the EMEA region.

You'll own the full sales cycle for complex, consultative deals - from identifying opportunities, to closing multi-year platform agreements. We're looking for someone who already has deep relationships in European media and sports, and knows how to navigate long sales cycles with senior stakeholders.

You'd be joining a company with deep roots in video technology (we started in 2008 as the world's first open source video player) and a clear trajectory in the streaming economy.

The Team:

You'll join an enterprise sales team focused on helping media and sports companies grow their streaming businesses and maximize revenue in the digital video economy. The team is collaborative and close-knit, and you'll work alongside solutions engineers, customer success managers, and product specialists who know this space deeply.

The Opportunity: 

You'll be at the forefront of expanding JWX's streaming business across EMEA - building relationships with broadcasters, sports leagues, and D2C OTT services who are rethinking how they deliver and monetize video. This is a strategic, greenfield-style role where your relationships, industry knowledge, and instincts will shape our European growth trajectory.

What you'll do

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling technology or platform solutions to media, entertainment, or sports organizations in Europe.
  • Established network of relationships with broadcasters, sports rights holders, or streaming services in the EMEA region.
  • Based in the United Kingdom or Netherlands (remote role; other Western European locations may be considered).
  • Record of managing complex & consultative sales cycles and consistently hitting quota.
  • Strong executive presence; comfortable presenting to and negotiating with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling ad tech, video technology, or monetization platforms.
  • Familiarity with the CTV/OTT landscape and hybrid monetization models.
  • Multilingual capabilities (particularly Dutch, German, or French).
