Through innovative technology, streamlined delivery platforms, and deep expertise in insurance navigation, we remove barriers to care and simplify complex healthcare processes for families, providers, and payers alike.

Headquartered in Western North Carolina, Aeroflow is proud to be one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in the country, recognized on the Inc. 5000 list and consistently certified as a Great Place to Work®. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to building an exceptional workplace where talented professionals are empowered, supported, and inspired to make meaningful impact every day.

Aeroflow Health's Mom & Baby Division supports hundreds of thousands of growing families each year through insurance-covered maternal health products and services. From breast pumps and milk storage bags to pregnancy and breastfeeding classes, lactation support, and postpartum recovery products, we help moms access the resources they need through insurance while delivering an exceptional patient experience throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

The Opportunity

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager for the Mom & Baby Team, you will join a team of talented marketing professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand connects with hundreds of thousands of expectant and new parents each year through highly personalized, data-driven lifecycle campaigns. This is a highly collaborative role for a marketer who thrives balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution—someone who enjoys developing lifecycle strategies, bringing them to life through thoughtful execution, and continuously optimizing performance based on data and customer insights.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to build lifecycle programs that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term trust. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with MarTech for execution in Braze, ensuring lifecycle campaigns are effective, technically sound and deliver measurable business results.
