The Opportunity

The PAP team at Aeroflow Sleep is growing fast and we’re on the lookout for bright, positive, ambitious go-getters who aren’t afraid to go all in to contribute to meeting, and exceeding, team and personal goals.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for helping onboard newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients into Aeroflow Sleep by:

  • Manage outbound phone and email communication to patients to gather information, provide updates, and schedule PAP setup appointments Maintain log of new PAP order patients, keeping follow up dates current to ensure timely processing
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for PAP referrals
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure patients qualify for prescribed equipment
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources as you work with them to obtain additional clinical information in order to serve our patients.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure quality customer service to our patients and referral partners
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing patient and referral source inquiries professionally
  • Perform additional duties and support tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the Sleep Team
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
  • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
  • Other job duties assigned

Required Qualifications
