About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Product to own product vision, strategy, and execution across our portfolio of products.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining what we build, why we build it, and how it drives business and user outcomes. You will lead Product Managers across multiple product lines and work closely with Growth, Design, Engineering, and Business Unit leaders to scale product impact across the company.

You will be equally comfortable shaping long-term product strategy, diving into data, and driving execution excellence with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and define product strategy across portfolio of products
  • Build and evolve a clear product vision aligned with company goals and business growth
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers across multiple product lines
  • Drive product discovery including user research, market analysis, and competitive insights
  • Partner closely with Growth teams to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization flows
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality product experiences at speed
  • Define and own product KPIs including activation, retention, engagement, revenue impact, and NPS
  • Build a strong experimentation culture through structured A/B testing and iterative product development
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on user value, business impact, and strategic fit
  • Report directly to the CEO on product performance, roadmap direction, and strategic opportunities

We’re Looking For

Must Have

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years as Head of Product, VP of Product, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience working across B2C digital products and/or subscription-based business models
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong product intuition combined with a highly data-driven decision-making approach
  • Hands-on experience with product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and OKR frameworks
  • Solid understanding of growth and monetization mechanics (funnels, conversion, retention, LTV, CAC)
  • Strong collaboration experience with Design and Engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and articulate product strategy clearly
  • Fluent English

Nice to Have

  • Experience in US-market B2C subscription products
  • Experience working across multiple product lines or business units
  • Familiarity with AI-powered product features and applications
  • Strong business mindset with ownership of product outcomes and impact
