Job description

We are seeking a skilled Regular .NET Developer to join our team and build high-quality IT solutions for the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting design and implementation work in IT systems (including Oracle-based technologies).

  • Collaborating with end/business users to gather and analyze data requirements for new solutions, specifically detailing general tasks and business concepts.

  • Actively participating in internal software testing.

  • Creating and updating technical and functional system documentation.

  • Cooperating in the development of new solutions and defining technical directions.

  • Implementing actions to improve data quality in systems and applications exporting data to the data warehouse.

  • Supporting the review of technical specifications, as well as project, technical, and administrative documentation prepared by third-party vendors.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of basic UX design principles.

  • Familiarity with AGILE and XP methodologies.

  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.

  • Practical knowledge of at least one CASE tool (e.g., Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect) and UML.

  • Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.

  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
