  • Provide feedback on regional market and competitor situations to the central marketing department.
  • Advise the company on necessary adjustments to national strategies for regional execution.
  • Recommend emerging KOLs to the central marketing department for future development.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 确保在推广周期内,根据市场策略执行相关的推广计划。配合区域销售团队开展学术活,如城市会、院内会和KOL 活动等;
  • 和市场部密切配合,确保所有的推广资料,符合产品定位,传递最新的产品信息;
  • 对代表进行疾病,产品知识应用,竞争对手信息的培训和沟通,确保信息有效地传递给我们的客户;
  • 通过和销售团队的协访,从客户那里得到反馈,并帮助销售解决产品的相关问题以及有问题的重要客户; 
  • 维护KOL的关系,建立有效和专业的关系,以支持品牌的医学、市场市场推广,并支持进入医保目录的工作;
  • 区域市场预算申请和控制;
  • 向中心市场部反馈区域市场情况和竞争对手情况;
  • 当全国的策略在区域执行时如需要调整,向公司提供建议。向中心市场部推荐崭露头角的KOLs,便于将来的发展。
