This is where you and your skills come in. RingCentral is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for marketing in the Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) with our key Strategic partners. Based in Manila, you will collaborate with our Global Service Provider (GSP) partners in the ANZ region to drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities, and marketing campaigns. You will be the driving force in creating and promoting the use of marketing assets to help our partners generate pipeline around RingCentral.
You will work on key marketing opportunities with our partner and internal team stakeholders to execute on GTM plans. As part of the GSP APAC team, this role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with counterparts in product management, sales, and marketing functions across the ANZ, US, and across the globe as needed.
Note: This role is fully based in Manila to support the ANZ market remotely; it does not require travel to Australia or New Zealand.
AI-Driven Demand Generation: Grow sales pipeline and new revenues for service provider products through demand generation campaigns including webinars, collateral, promotions, digital marketing, and sales outreach. Adapt RingCentral campaigns for our partners and manage execution through their marketing teams.
Marketing & Sales Enablement: Leverage existing RingCentral marketing materials and coordinate relevant toolkits of collateral that empower partners to run inbound lead generation. Enable RingCentral sales teams to effectively conduct product training/ demos, webinars, sales programs, blitzes and partner events.
Marketing Planning & Budgeting: Help execute on marketing commitments from our partners through detailed marketing plans that deliver tangible returns. Establish, track and analyze KPIS for all marketing initiatives, utilizing data to maximize ROI and optimize future spend.
Go-To-Market and Product Launches: Adapt RingCentral content for localized, service provider-specific offers. Conduct customer/ market research and ROI analysis to propel adoption of our co-branded solutions and drive revenues.
Content Marketing: Create compelling propositions, thought leadership, and product marketing collaterals such as brochures, custom proposal templates, videos, targeted sales pitches and case studies to build awareness in the region with and through partners.
Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with our partners across segments and regions remotely from Manila. Build influence and win mindshare with key marketing stakeholders.
Market ROI Optimization: Establish, track and analyze KPIS for all marketing initiatives, utilizing data to maximize ROI and optimize future spend.
Experience: 5+ years of general marketing experience, preferably with exposure to marketing SaaS, cloud services, UCaaS, CCaaS, AI products and solutions. Ideally he/she would also have knowledge of the telecom landscape, operator/ managed service provider ecosystems, channel partner dynamics and regional nuances.
Strong experience in the usage of AI tools such as Gemini, Notebook LM, Claude, ChatGPT, Canva etc. to create marketing content and campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Time Zone Agility: Ability and discipline to work primary ANZ operational hours, paired with the communication skills needed to collaborate asynchronously with North American management.
Cross-Functional & Partner Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams. Prior exposure to partner marketing, strategic alliances, or supporting sales teams is a strong plus.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English to confidently manage regional stakeholders and present solutions.
Social media: Work with partners to develop and disseminate social media content that can capture awareness and generate leads
Execution: Detail and results-oriented; a self-motivated individual skilled at both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
