We are looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with proven hands-on experience administering AWS IAM Identity Center (AWS SSO) to join a security team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Important: This role requires practical experience managing centralized access in AWS environments using AWS IAM Identity Center (AWS SSO). This is a mandatory requirement for the position.

Key Responsibilities
Access Management & User Lifecycle (JML)
- Manage user access requests, including onboarding, modifications, and offboarding across multiple systems.
- Handle a high volume of access requests and tickets while meeting established service levels.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and the principle of least privilege.
Identity & Single Sign-On (SSO) Administration
- Administer identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS environments.
- Manage AWS IAM Identity Center (AWS SSO) for centralized access administration across multiple AWS accounts.
- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
- Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve IAM workflows and operational processes.
- Standardize procedures to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and best practices.
Operational Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for access-related requests.
- Configure and optimize ticketing tools (e.g., workflows and automations).
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams.
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in operational Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles.
- Experience managing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
- Hands-on experience administering AWS IAM Identity Center (AWS SSO). (Required)
- Experience using ticketing platforms (preferably Jira or similar tools).
- Experience working in high-volume operational environments.
Technical Skills
- Access control models, roles, and permission management.
- Identity platforms such as Working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP.
- SSO implementation and troubleshooting.
- Centralized access management in multi-account AWS environments.
