About Our Family

We are a large, blended family living together under one roof in what we lovingly call our family compound. With children spanning toddlers through teens and young adults, there is always something happening here. Our household is full of club sports, theatre, creative pursuits, family gatherings, travel, and the joyful energy that comes with a busy home. We are also fortunate to have an elderly family member living with us who is deeply loved, along with several beloved family pets.

We are two entrepreneurial parents who work from home while running multiple businesses. Our days move quickly, but we value kindness, communication, laughter, and creating a home where everyone feels supported. We travel together frequently—approximately once each month—and are looking for someone who enjoys flexibility and can help create consistency behind the scenes.

Our longtime housekeepers have been with us for many years and are truly part of our family. We value long-term relationships built on trust, mutual respect, and genuine partnership, and hope to welcome someone who shares those same values.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are calm, organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping busy families thrive. You naturally notice what needs attention, anticipate needs before they arise, and take thoughtful initiative without waiting to be asked. Creating systems, bringing order to busy environments, and helping others feel supported brings you genuine satisfaction.

You understand that exceptional household management is about much more than completing tasks—it's about reducing the mental load for a busy family. You think a few steps ahead, take ownership of your responsibilities, and help create a home that feels organized, prepared, and welcoming every day.

You thrive in a lively, people-filled environment and know how to balance structure with flexibility. Whether you're coordinating schedules, preparing for travel, organizing household systems, supporting after-school routines, or communicating with vendors, you approach each responsibility with professionalism, warmth, and care.

You communicate openly, welcome feedback, and adapt easily as priorities shift. Most importantly, you value kindness, trust, and long-term partnership. You enjoy becoming a trusted extension of the family while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
