Join our team as a Clinical Talent Partner and become the connection between talented veterinary professionals and their dream careers! In this dynamic role, you'll lead our talent acquisition efforts for veterinarians and hospital support staff, directly contributing to the growth and success of our veterinary practices.

This position combines your recruitment expertise with industry knowledge to build our veterinary teams across multiple locations. Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Healthcare or veterinary industry experience preferred
  • Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
  • Veterinary practice experience a plus
  • iCIMS ATS/CRM experience a plus
