• Proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements
• Strong understanding of the veterinary industry and its unique challenges
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Creative approach to sourcing and attracting passive candidates
• Skilled negotiator who can balance candidate needs with organizational requirements
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems

• Knowledge of veterinary credentialing and licensing requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
• Healthcare or veterinary industry experience preferred
• Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
• Veterinary practice experience a plus
• iCIMS ATS/CRM experience a plus
