Job description

 

For our department Global Data and Process Excellence we are looking for a Lead Global Process Excellence (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Teamlead of a team in Munich and Barcelona
  • Design and orchestration of a high performing global process organization
  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve quality incl. a Center of Excellence for Process Mining (Celonis)
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the divisions and Group Services / IT to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating process improvements with automation and AI / technology solutions
  • Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools across the organization
  • Drive process standardization and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and track KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure process performance and improvement impact

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
  • Proven experience with process methodologies e.g., Lean and process mining with Celonis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent process mapping and optimization skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across different levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
  • Ability to foster a process-driven culture within the company
  • Very good German and English skills
