For our department Global Data Excellence we are looking for a Global Data Excellence Expert (m/f/d) as soon as possible:
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the operational support to the Global Data Excellence Manager
- Advise and support business units on Data Excellence topics and initiatives
- Consult and guide stakeholders on Data Excellence standards, processes, and best practices
- Facilitate and moderate communication between stakeholders involved in the Data Excellence process as required
- Serve as backup for the Global Data Excellence Manager in case of unplanned absence
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver Data Excellence training sessions
- Contribute to and support global data-driven initiatives and transformation programs
- Promote the adoption of Data Excellence principles across the organization
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a related area
- Hands-on experience with data platforms and technologies such as SAP Business Data Cloud and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience in working with Data Governance and Data Catalog solutions
- Solid understanding of IT architectures, system integrations, and interface management
- Project management experience in both traditional and agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and disciplines
- Results-oriented mindset combined with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Very good English skills required; German skills are considered a plus
