Job description

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a TriZetto EAM Software Engineer (.NET & Facets) for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:
EAM Development & Configuration

Develop and maintain TriZetto Elements EAM solutions.
Configure and support EAM workflows and business processes.
Build and enhance enrollment transaction processing capabilities.
Configure fallout management and exception handling processes.
Support EAM product upgrades and release implementations

Medicare Enrollment Processing

Support Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment operations.
Implement CMS regulatory updates and business changes.
Support enrollment intake, member maintenance, and coverage updates.
Configure and support Special Election Period (SEP) processing.
Assist with Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) readiness activities

Integration Development

Develop and support EAM integrations with Facets, QNXT, and external systems.
Work with APIs, interface files, and data exchange mechanisms.
Support inbound and outbound data integrations.
Analyse and resolve interface processing issues.
Validate and reconcile enrolment data across systems

Requirements:

5+ years working with TriZetto Elements EAM
Experience supporting Medicare enrollment platforms and healthcare payer systems
