Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, direct mail, and follow-up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns.

  • Identify and engage appropriate buyers, decision makers and influencers within target accounts to introduce and position Alegeus partner solutions.

  • Conduct research and discovery to understand market trends, prospect needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Qualify leads and uncover pain points to align Alegeus platform capabilities with prospect challenges.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects over time to grow the sales pipeline and support long-term revenue goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, and account executives, while leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo to track and report on activities.

  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience—TPA, health insurance, benefits administration, or SaaS sales preferred.

  • Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.

  • Location: Remote.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
