About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding technology-led organisation providing innovative digital services to an international portfolio of enterprise customers. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term strategic partnerships.

They are seeking a Client Services Manager to become the primary point of contact for key accounts while ensuring consistently outstanding service delivery.

The Role

This is a client-facing role focused on relationship management, operational excellence and service delivery. You'll develop trusted client relationships, coordinate internal teams and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts.

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and requests.

  • Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs.

  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

  • Manage client onboarding and implementation activities.

  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally.

  • Support invoicing, billing queries and contractor coordination where required.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Communicate new products, services and business updates to clients.

  • Utilise AI tools to improve communication, reporting and administrative efficiency.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in Client Services, Account Management or Customer Success.

  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience working with CRM and project management platforms.

  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within SaaS, digital media or technology businesses.

  • Knowledge of project delivery processes.

  • Familiarity with Asana, Notion, Everhour or similar tools.

  • Experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows.
