The Reciprocating Compressor (RC) Team is working on the growth of the historic product line, aiming to take it to the next level.

We need a proactive and energetic individual with deep understanding of RC space, to become the person who leads and sets the rhythm for key growth initiatives, including:

• Drive external collaborations/agreements/partnerships and M&A activities to strengthen product positioning and global network.

• Drive the supply chain evolution and enhancement to maximize competitiveness.

• Drive Strategy Deployment to accomplish the business plan and achieve financial targets.

• Support the must win process to maximize commercial intensity.

• Support the Long-Range-Plan (LRP) for product strategy definition.

• Have a close collaboration with Marketing/Sales/ITO to monitor market trends, customer’s needs and competitive landscape.

• Develop and promote internally the offering of RCs within existing tenders to ensure an effective improvement of the overall Baker Hughes’ solution to the customers.

• Be involved in Ad hoc projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in engineering or economics.

• Demonstrate at least 10 Years of experience in rotating equipment.

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level.

• Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.

• Previous experience with program management (documenting, planning, reporting, and executing).

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 72,000 To 99,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
