We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales Lead who is ready to take ownership of growth across East Africa. This is a unique opportunity to lead sales initiatives across Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda, build high-performing teams, and create meaningful connections within diverse diaspora communities. The role focuses on driving app growth, increasing transaction volumes, developing innovative sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the region.
The customers you acquire, the teams you develop, and the communities you engage will directly influence Mukuru's growth journey across East Africa.
This is not a role where you maintain the status quo. You'll help shape sales strategy, build scalable sales operations, and create new growth opportunities across multiple markets.
Work across Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with diverse customer segments and communities.
Every transaction supports families, businesses, and communities across Africa. Your work will make a measurable difference.
You'll bring experience in sales, business development, field operations, or commercial leadership, ideally within fintech, remittances, mobile money, financial services, or a high-growth customer-focused environment. You'll be passionate about building relationships, developing people, and using insights to drive sustainable growth.
