What You'll Do

Support Our Customers

  • Provide helpful information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they receive the support they need.

Learn Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that may be a good fit.
  • Share information about current promotions and available services.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals with guidance from your manager.

Stay Organized

  • Update customer information accurately in our CRM system.
  • Record customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer service.

Work as Part of the Team

  • Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to build your knowledge and skills.
  • Meet service and response-time expectations while continuing to learn and grow.
