Location: National (Flexible)
Hours: Full Time

As a Senior Mortgage & Protection Manager, you'll lead teams that help customers with some of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Every day, you'll empower leaders and advisers to provide expert guidance, build financial resilience and help our customers achieve their homeownership goals with confidence.

We're looking for an inspiring leader who combines innovative thinking, AI confidence and commercial acumen with a passion for helping customers achieve their dreams.
Strong people or leadership experience, not necessarily from a mortgage background or financial provider
A track record of building high-performing teams
Experience using AI, insight and data to drive improvement and influence decisions
The ability to lead through change and create momentum behind new ways of working
A deep commitment to customer outcomes and responsible business growth
Confidence to operate within a regulated environment with strong risk and conduct standards
The ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Exposure to transformation, customer journey redesign or operational simplification programmes
Experience leading delivery of commercial plans through execution and performance leadership
Scale leadership experience in Mortgages & Protection or alternative industries
