What You'll Do

As a member of Lilac's interdisciplinary team, you will:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services
  • Support receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, pragmatic language, and AAC
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families
  • Partner with teachers, BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and Behavior Technicians
  • Coach educational teams on communication strategies that promote student success

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Washington State SLP License or eligibility through the ASLP Interstate Compact
  • Washington ESA Certificate preferred. Candidates eligible to obtain an ESA after hire are strongly encouraged to apply. Lilac's Credential Concierge Program provides step-by-step guidance and support throughout the certification process.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary educational team

Preferred Qualifications

  • School-based or pediatric experience
  • Experience supporting students with autism
  • Experience with AAC
  • Knowledge of IDEA, FAPE, IEP development, and school-based service delivery
