Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Equifax's US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and high-performing Sales Leader to manage a team of sellers within our Commercial Financial Services division. In this role, you will oversee a substantial commercial revenue portfolio, driving net-new business and expanding existing relationships through cutting-edge data and analytics solutions.

As a key Commercial Leader, you will not only coach a high-velocity sales team but also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the enterprise, manage high-value strategic partnerships, and represent Equifax on industry steering committees and advisory boards.

What you'll do

Team Leadership & Revenue Execution

  • Portfolio Management: Directly manage and mentor a team of high-performing direct sellers overseeing a collective book of $45MM in Commercial Revenue
  • Deal Strategy & Support: Partner with sellers to source, qualify, structure, and close complex, high-value enterprise sales opportunities
  • Pipeline & Forecasting Governance: Rigorously manage the sales pipeline to ensure strict adherence to growth targets. Deliver accurate weekly (and ad-hoc) pipeline health and monetization reports to executive leadership

Strategic Partnerships & Industry Influence

  • Allied Ecosystem Management: Oversee and optimize strategic third-party relationships, including Trade Association Partners and Reseller/Sales Agent Partners, to maximize indirect revenue channels
  • Market Ambassadorship: Represent Equifax as a thought leader at major trade shows, public speaking engagements, and industry events
  • Executive Governance: Serve as the Equifax representative on various trade association Steering Committees (SteerCo’s) and quarterly Executive Advisory Boards

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

  • Internal SME: Serve as the definitive Commercial Data and Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other USIS sales teams and cross-functional business units.
  • Event Integration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Event Planning teams to strategize, organize, and execute marquee Commercial team trade shows
  • Strategic Planning: Champion the creation of the annual budget plan and define the team’s annual strategic priorities
  • Product Evolution: Synthesize and deliver critical "Voice of Customer" (VoC) and "Voice of Sales" (VoS) feedback to the Product and Strategic Insights teams to drive innovation

What experience you need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing B2B direct sales teams, preferably within Fintech, financial services, data analytics, or credit risk sectors
  • Scale & Scope: Proven track record of managing large-scale revenue portfolios ($30MM+) and consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar growth quotas
  • Industry Sophistication: Experience navigating complex financial ecosystems, working with trade associations, and managing reseller/agent models
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence at the C-suite level and command a room during public speaking engagements

What could set you apart

  • Product Expertise: Deep familiarity with commercial data structures, credit risk solutions, or fraud/identity verification platforms
  • Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and advanced pipeline analytics
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Experience building budgets and annual operating plans
