Job description

Junior Project Director – Quantitative Research

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Junior Project Director to work hand-in-hand with our custom research team to execute research projects.  We’re looking for qualified candidates with an understanding of and interest in research analytics and techniques and a high level of attention to detail and organization. 

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing multiple research projects simultaneously 
  • Oversee data collection
  • Partake in data analysis
  • Proof, review and edit questionnaires
  • Check programmed questionnaires for accuracy
  • Manage fielding of projects
  • Assist with preparing tab plans and checking tabulations
  • Proof and post numbers for toplines and reports
  • Assist in creating reports and proposals


What You'll Bring:

  • 0-1 year experience in market research
  • BA/BS in related field (market research, psychology, sociology, economics, business, industrial psychology, etc.)
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SPSS.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Custom research experience, which is a definite plus

 

Work Environment

  • Fully remote position
  • Employees must maintain a committed, private, and distraction-free workspace
  • Standard business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Some evening or extended hours may be required to meet client and business needs
  • Candidates may reside in most U.S. states but must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone


Compensation & Benefits

Salary

$55,000 – $60,000 annually

Additional Compensation

  • Eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus based on performance
