Job Title: Prisma Cloud Engineer
Location: Chennai

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Prisma Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Security team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing Palo Alto Prisma Cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. You will be responsible for securing cloud infrastructure, containers, workloads, and applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and administer Palo Alto Prisma Cloud across multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Implement Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), and Cloud Detection & Response (CDR).
  • Monitor cloud environments for security misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and compliance violations.
  • Configure and maintain cloud security policies, alerts, and automated remediation workflows.
  • Secure containerized environments, Kubernetes clusters, Docker workloads, and serverless applications.
  • Perform cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, and risk analysis.
  • Integrate Prisma Cloud with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to implement security best practices.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security scanning for Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, and Kubernetes manifests.
  • Investigate security incidents, analyze cloud threats, and provide remediation recommendations.
  • Generate compliance reports and support regulatory audits.
  • Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Security.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud implementation and administration.
  • Experience securing AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, containers, serverless computing, and cloud-native security.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD security.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, encryption, and security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
