MANAGER, ADVISORY SOLUTIONS CONTRACTING 

FLSA Status: Exempt 

Full-Time 

Location: Remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

As Manager, Advisory Solutions Contracting, you will lead and scale contracting operations that enable the successful delivery of MGT’s Advisory Solutions. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable contracting processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

Strategic & Financial Leadership 

  • Lead the Advisory Solutions Contracting function, establishing governance, controls, and scalable processes. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and align contracting strategy with business goals. 
  • Develop contracting strategies balancing growth objectives with risk. 

Contract Lifecycle & Pipeline Management 

  • Oversee full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals. 
  • Manage high-volume pipeline of agreements including 1099 and vendor contracts. 
  • Prioritize requests and maintain service-level timelines. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Drive workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements. 
  • Enforce governance standards and approval workflows. 
  • Own capacity planning and resource allocation. 

Leadership 

  • Mentor and develop team members. 
  • Support strategic initiatives and change management. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

Education & Experience 

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required. 
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in contract management or related fields. 
  • Prior leadership experience. 
  • Experience managing complex agreements.
