Our client is seeking a SAP Concur Expense Consultant to develop, analyze, design, test, and maintain client information systems and applications to support key business operations. You will also provide technical support, develop program specifications and recommendations for system improvements, and assist with testing, training, and implementation.

 

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. 

Responsibilities :
  • Support the client's key business operations by developing and maintaining business solutions.
  • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain information systems and applications.
  • Create program specifications, technical requirements, and detailed design documentation.
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Code, test, debug, and troubleshoot applications and programs.
  • Provide technical support and analysis for infrastructure projects and production environments.
  • Develop recommendations for system upgrades and process improvements.
  • Monitor, plan, and assess the impact of new products, services, and system enhancements.
  • Apply analytical techniques to support application and system design.
  • Assist with system testing, user training, and operational readiness activities.
Qualifications :
  • 7+ years of experience implementing Concur Travel & Expense, including extensive knowledge of Concur configuration for travel booking, expense management, and reporting.
  • Experience integrating Concur Expense with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, CRM) to ensure seamless, secure data flow.
  • Experience integrating Concur Expense with third-party applications (e.g., TripIt, ExpenseIt, fraud detection, risk management, duty of care, and SOS solutions) while maintaining secure and reliable data integration.
  • Experience configuring and implementing Concur Expense in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and agency-specific travel policies, including audit rule exceptions where applicable.
  • Experience implementing and managing credit card clearing processes within Concur.
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).
  • Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration certification required.
  • Ability to lead design workshops, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Support Concur Travel & Expense configuration, system testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
