  • Support automation touchpoints for developer portal workflows, API catalog updates, API documentation, access request routing, and self-service onboarding
  • Troubleshoot automation, gateway configuration, pipeline integration, validation, promotion, and deployment-support issues across non-production and production environments
  • Support technical refresh, platform currency, and target-platform readiness activities through controlled automation updates and validation evidence
  • Prepare automation documentation, configuration baselines, validation evidence, runbooks, release materials, and knowledge-transfer artifacts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing automation, integration, API lifecycle, platform, middleware, or enterprise workflow solutions
  • Experience developing product-specific automation for enterprise API gateway platforms such as IBM webMethods API Gateway, Kong, Google Apigee, MuleSoft Anypoint API Manager, Microsoft Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, IBM API Connect, Red Hat 3scale, Axway Amplify, WSO2 API Manager, Tyk, or comparable platforms
  • Experience developing scripts, templates, configuration-as-code artifacts, Git-based workflows, reusable deployment patterns, or gateway configuration packages
  • Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines, validation gates, controlled release processes, logging, monitoring, and access controls
  • Experience configuring or automating gateway routes, services, policies, certificates, consumers, plugins, authentication, authorization, telemetry, and environment promotion patterns
  • Experience supporting API onboarding, developer portal workflows, API catalog updates, API documentation, governance checks, or migration-readiness workflows
  • Experience validating automation through functional, regression, security, telemetry, and operational readiness checks
  • Experience troubleshooting automation, gateway configuration, pipeline integration, deployment-support, or observability issues across legacy and target gateway environments
  • Strong written communication skills for automation documentation, validation evidence, runbooks, release materials, and knowledge transfer
