Job description

We are hiring a Social Media Manager and Content Creator for a non-profit organization dedicated to building innovation ecosystems that create lasting impact. What You’ll Do

 ·       Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.

·       Create engaging content, including posts, articles, newsletters, short-form videos, reels, graphics, and event coverage.

·       Translate complex topics around AI, innovation, entrepreneurship, and government initiatives into accessible and compelling stories.

·       Build and maintain a consistent, recognizable voice for the foundation and its initiatives.

·       Plan and manage editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, programs, and events.

·       Cover webinars, conferences, startup programs, and ecosystem activities through live and post-event content.

·       Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content performance.

·       Engage with our online community and strengthen relationships with founders, partners, and innovators.

·       Collaborate closely with the partnerships and program teams to identify stories worth sharing.

·       Experiment with new content formats, channels, and creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

·       Experience managing social media for brands, startups, media, or mission-driven organizations.

·       Excellent English writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.

·       Strong storytelling abilities and a good eye for design and visual communication.

·       Experience creating graphics, carousels, reels, or short-form video content using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.

·       Understanding of social media analytics and content optimization.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

·       Interest in AI, startups, venture capital, innovation ecosystems, technology, or entrepreneurship.

·       Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment.

·       A growth mindset, curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment.
