Requirements for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 8–10 years of related experience, preferably in technology, capital equipment, or instrument sales, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
