Role Information:

  • Must reside in the United States.
  • We are not accepting applicants for remote workers in California, Illinois, and New York at this time.
Compensation:
  • $55,067 - $78,491, depending on years of experience

Role Overview:

Supports Cutsforth’s hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across open roles. Partners with hiring managers and the HR Team to keep the recruiting pipeline moving and to deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Review applications and resumes to screen candidates against role requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screens and document candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system
  • Draft and post job openings to the careers page and external job board
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate reference checks and pre-employment requirements
  • Support offer preparation and new-hire handoff to onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates to the CSOO and hiring managers
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related coordination experience
  • 1-5 years of experience sourcing technical roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Other Qualifications:
  • Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity site access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidate and hiring-manager interactions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and similar sourcing tools, as well as applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate, confidential candidate records
  • Customer-service mindset focused on a positive candidate experience
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Cybersecurity Role Expectations:
  • Candidate will be responsible for reviewing policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and those relevant to the functions of their role.
