Job Description

The Senior Consultant, Talent Partnerships plays a critical role in building and activating pipelines through external talent partners. In this role, you will manage day-to-day partner engagement, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates while creating simple, repeatable processes that help recruiters and hiring managers take action faster.

You will act as the connector between talent partners and internal recruiting teams—translating partner-sourced talent into real hiring outcomes.

Strong preference for Dallas-based candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner Management & Engagement: Manage talent partner relationships as the primary point of contact, driving alignment on hiring needs and performance.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Review partner-submitted candidates, present qualified talent to hiring teams, and maintain a strong pipeline for priority roles.
  • Process & System Development: Design streamlined processes and workflows to track partner-sourced candidates and improve visibility across the hiring pipeline.
  • Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track performance metrics, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend improvements to strengthen partner and sourcing strategies.
  • Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with recruiting teams on hiring priorities while supporting partnership events, candidate readiness efforts, and broader TA initiatives.

Skills You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Relationship Management-Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with external organizations and internal stakeholders
  • Talent Assessment & Storytelling-Strong ability to evaluate candidate readiness and clearly articulate their value to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Process Design & Operational Excellence-Experience creating structured workflows, trackers, or systems to manage pipelines efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Data & Insights Orientation-Comfort working with recruiting metrics and using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Communication & Influence-Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence without authority across partners and internal teams
  • Execution & Ownership-Self-starter who can take ownership of processes, drive follow-through, and operate with a high level of accountability
  • Adaptability & Team Orientation-Ability to flex across priorities, including supporting events and early career initiatives as business needs evolve

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $68,500.00 - $86,300.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.

When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
