Job Title: Business Operations Specialist
Location: Remote
Clearance Required: Public Trust Clearance
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Business Operations Specialist supports organizational effectiveness by managing strategic and operational planning, business processes, and internal operations. This role involves coordinating policies, enhancing stakeholder communication, tracking performance metrics, and producing executive-level reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills and the ability to support mission-driven objectives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply expertise in strategic planning, operational execution, and business process management.
  • Support policy coordination, interpretation, and dissemination across the organization.
  • Manage tasking, information flow, and operational activities, including facility and space management.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate organizational goals and performance metrics.
  • Forecast progress and provide reports and insights on organizational performance.
  • Produce, maintain, and publish executive-level reports, presentations, and publications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of business operations information.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Must possess an active public trust clearance
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and process management
  • Experience in strategic planning, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to develop and manage stakeholder communications
  • Proficiency in data analysis and executive reporting
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition procedures
  • Experience working in government or defence-related environments
