Spire Outsourcing is a financial services support firm that specializes in outsourced financial plan construction for financial advisors. The company helps advisors save time by handling behind-the-scenes planning work such as data analysis and comprehensive plan development. Backed by experienced financial planning leadership and affiliated with Cambridge Investment Research as a majority owner, Spire positions itself as an extension of an advisor’s team, delivering high-quality, compliant financial plans efficiently and securely.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Paraplanner to support financial advisors by preparing financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring accurate, compliant client documentation. This is a part-time, fully remote role ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work and collaboration in a fast-paced financial planning environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and support comprehensive financial plans and client recommendations

  • Analyze client data (income, assets, liabilities, cash flow)

  • Research investment, retirement, and insurance products

  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and supporting documentation

  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with account updates and paperwork

  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors on ongoing plan reviews
