  • Run the operational execution: execute the steps required to get launches done across resourcing, scheduling, install, training, and readiness.

The Role

Your mission will be to drive complex client launches from intake to revenue-live - the operational execution and orchestration engine that takes clients live and sets them up for success. You'll engage internal and client stakeholders, work with more autonomy in ambiguity, and deliver business-critical results.

Depending on the the proven experience, this role has the potential to be considered at the Senior Implementation Manager as well. Senior managers will carry higher expectations on delivery, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive the largest, most complex enterprise rollouts.

This position is fully remote, but we are looking for candidates based in Egypt, Pakistan, or the Philippines. US working hours are required.

Responsibilities

  • Own launch implementation end to end: from intake and kickoff through go-live and a short post-launch stabilization window.

  • Cross-functional Implementation Partner: provide the detail and deliver expertise to Sales and Success partners to build and manage effective client mutual action plans; ensure partners are consistently informed and enabled to successfully manage client relationships.

  • Orchestrate the rollout: organize Overjet's internal teams (e.g. Solutions Engineering, Training, Support, Clinical) and the client to get clinics live; sequence and manage the delivery chain to hit delivery timelines.

  • Run the operational execution: execute the steps required to get launches done across resourcing, scheduling, install, training, and readiness; keep momentum when things get messy.

  • Keep systems of record honest: own clinic-level reporting and action tracking, maintain clean and accurate records, keep Salesforce and trackers current, and move customers cleanly through the stage gates.

  • See around corners: Surface blockers and capacity risks early, proactively resolve issues, and help build the playbooks and automation that make the next launch faster.

Qualifications

  • Experience in implementation, onboarding, or project coordination, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.

  • Relentless follow-through: you keep many moving launches on track without dropping details.

  • Confident, client-facing communication with operational stakeholders (office managers, IT).

  • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments: you create structure rather than wait for it.

  • Excellent internal communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluency with Salesforce and spreadsheets, and an instinct to automate the repetitive.

  • Clinical and Dental industry experience is a plus.
