  • Champion engineering processes and rituals that enable strong collaboration, accountability, and team efficiency.
  • Monitor team velocity and capacity to optimize resource allocation, proactively balancing bandwidth against delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder alignment to remove bottlenecks and maintain smooth execution.
  • Stay hands-on in critical initiatives by guiding design decisions, enforcing sound design patterns, and participating in code reviews to maintain high engineering quality.
  • Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and observability for all owned services, consistently meeting defined SLIs and SLOs.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define, track, and publish post-release product metrics, driving transparency and continuous improvement.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex product requirements into well-structured EPICs, user stories, and tasks.
  • Strong backend engineering expertise; exposure to frontend technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with project planning and tracking tools to visualize and manage delivery timelines.
