Job description

Admissions Consultant - Part-Time, Remote



Note: Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree, or be a current Resident, Fellow, or medical student in their 3rd or 4th year. Applications from others will not be considered.


A Day in The Life:

The Admissions Consultant will join our team as an independent contractor to work directly with our students to help them with their applications, prepare for interviews, MCAT, OSCE, etc.

  • Review and provide feedback on application documents
  • Conduct mock interviews and coach students on performance
  • Support students with strategy-based preparation for MCAT and OSCE


We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

    • Hold an MD or DO (or are a Resident or Fellow)
    • Reside in Canada or the United States
    • Can commit to 5–10+ hours per week
    • Prefer long-term work over short-term gigs
    • Are tech-savvy, organized, professional, and detail-oriented
    • Can work independently with strong integrity and confidentiality
    • Have a quiet private workspace, ergonomic setup, and 40+ Mbps internet
    • Bonus: Can accept short-notice or same-day bookings
    • Do not currently work for another test-prep company
