Job description

To complement our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management to cover our overnight shifts.

Overview of responsibilities: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for our premium customers, delivering high-quality customer service during overnight hours.
  • Advise premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English.
  • Process customer requests end-to-end, from offer preparation through to billing, including individual travel arrangements as well as restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports and cultural events), spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services.
  • Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.
  • Prepare tailor-made travel offers and documents, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all related administrative processes.
  • Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities.

Requirements

Your Profile: 

  • You have excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework). 
  • Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism. 
  • Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service. 
  • Have excellent global destination knowledge. 
  • Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture. 
  • Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure. 
  • Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values. 
  • Have excellent communication skills. 
  • Value exceptional service and live by this motto. 
  • Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week) working permanent night shifts between 20:00 - 10:00 hours local Riyadh time, Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis.
