  • Coordinate licensing program documentation, contract updates, and digital signing processes.
  • Liaise with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to resolve licensing and administrative queries.

Reporting, Billing & Compliance

  • Produce operational reports and perform licensing validation and compliance checks.
  • Support billing administration, credit requests, invoicing updates, and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure all licensing transactions meet Microsoft and Datacom compliance requirements.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, process adherence, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and maintenance of operational procedures, documentation, and licensing knowledge resources.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with Microsoft Enterprise Agreements (EA/EAS).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing programs and operational processes.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft licensing administration, order processing, renewals, or licensing operations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Partner Center.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft CSP operations and administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively within a nationally distributed team environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working within a Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP), reseller, distributor, or Microsoft partner environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft commercial agreements including EA, EAS, and CSP.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and government customers.
  • Exposure to licensing compliance, reporting, billing administration, and agreement governance activities.
