岗位职责:

  1. 执行公司既定的销售策略、计划、目标和预算,挖掘业务机会,并完成公司产品在指定区域、目标医院/机构的推广;
  2. 洞察客户机会,挖掘并掌握客户需求,能够为客户赋能,提供专业的支持和培训等;
  3. 建立、完善和维护良好的目标客户群网络;
  4. 协助地区经理和市场部等跨部门人员,落实执行公司的各类项目;根据所负责机构/医院特性定制化调整,使执行效果最优;
  5. 遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动 ;
  6. 上级主管安排的其他任务。

Qualifications

任职条件:

  • 本科及以上学历,医药/医疗器材相关专业优先;
  • 3年左右医药/医疗器械相关类产品的销售经验;
  • 良好的客户管理能力和团队合作能力;
  • 良好的学习及数据分析能力;
  • 乐于接受挑战并有良好的抗压能力;
  • 有医疗美容产品相关行业经验的优先考虑。
