Job description

Job Summary:

As a Solutions Center Supervisor, you will champion IGS culture and vision through strategic department initiatives and team development. You will develop a team that supports diverse and competing priorities. You will lead the team through performance management, coaching, and employee development in alignment with the Solutions Center Vision and company’s objectives and values. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships within the team by providing coaching, motivation and development to team members that support the IGS residential product suite through genuine conversations, customer education and exceptional customer experience.

  • Create an environment where team members proactively work to grow the IGS residential business through effective product education, selling and cross-selling.

  • Demonstrate effective leadership by developing and documenting team member performance through side-by-side coaching, call reviews/calibrations, performance evaluations, and goal setting in order to continuously improve productivity and performance.

  • Appropriately address and resolve employee issues by consulting with management and/or Human Resources as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify trends, resolve operational issues, and align team expectations with business needs.

  • Challenge and develop team through goal setting, coaching, and accountability conversations.

  • Lead and support team through ongoing change by effectively communicating, understanding team’s needs, and driving positive conversations.

  • Lead the talent acquisition process including training and onboarding. Able to identify and recruit new team members that enhance the culture of the team and bring value to IGS.

  • Drive Solutions Center objectives by partnering with Workforce Management to understand your team’s performance results and staffing needs.

  • Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Able to prioritize and coordinate several tasks simultaneously, functioning well under pressure in order to meet time constraints and deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to lead effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment.

  • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and possible Saturdays.

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent – college degree preferred.

  • One or more years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in a service/operations-related environment.

  • Proven ability to train and develop teams with a high degree of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity.

Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.

Salary Range:

$61,050.00 - $97,680.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
