Job description

Location Details: India, Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

What you'll get to do...

  • Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition through contract execution, ensuring efficient and compliant purchasing processes
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, vendor negotiations, and contract management to drive cost savings and maximise business value
  • Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with financial and operational objectives
  • Drive procurement transformation through process redesign, workflow optimisation, automation, and policy enhancements
  • Expand spend under management, improve procurement cycle times, and strengthen governance while reducing off-contract and maverick spend

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or a related function
  • Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor relationship management
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and business teams in a complex organisation
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and procurement systems experience (e.g., Workday, Ironclad, or similar platforms)

You might also have...

  • Experience managing global or multi-region procurement programmes
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or indirect procurement categories
  • Familiarity with SOX controls, compliance requirements, and procurement governance frameworks
  • Experience leading procurement transformation, digitalisation, or automation initiatives
  • Track record of increasing spend under management and improving procurement operating metrics

We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.

We've got your back...  We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.
