At Grupo Harmony, people and human relationships are a top priority—both within the organization and with clients. We are currently looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join the team, based in El Salvador.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Business Plan development: Design and execute effective strategies to achieve sales objectives.

  • Active client management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and business growth.

  • Business development: Identify and leverage opportunities with current and prospective clients to expand the business portfolio.

  • Target client prospecting: Research and approach new potential clients aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Project management: Coordinate the necessary resources for project development, ensuring proper execution.

  • Analysis and reporting: Maintain internal systems and prepare detailed reports for performance tracking and evaluation.

What we value:

  • Degree or advanced studies in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roles.

  • Knowledge of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets, including sales cycles, key players, and industry trends.

  • Strong results orientation, leadership skills, and autonomy in project management.

  • Well-developed communication skills.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Availability to travel.

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
