Job description

At NVIDIA, we’re advancing the transformation of computing through groundbreaking innovation and collaboration. As a member of our product security team, you will protect pioneering technologies that craft the future. This role offers the chance to develop our security program management function from scratch, influencing products used by thousands of engineers worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prioritize and direct incoming security requests to the appropriate domain expert understanding technical context across AI agent authorization, attestation, cryptographic signing, and supply chain security without requiring an architect to prioritize them first.

  • Build NVIDIA's first security program dashboard monitoring demand efficiency, pattern adoption rates, capacity utilization, and risk deflection so leadership has answers before they ask the question.

  • Own cross-organizational intake with partner teams, and architecture review bodies so security work reaches the right team on first contact.

  • Drive concurrent security platform initiatives from planning through delivery of AI security patterns, developer self-service tooling, and emerging-domain coverage with coordinated plans.

  • Stay ahead of demand tracking partner team roadmaps, company priorities, and industry events to anticipate security needs, balance workload, and sequence the team's work before the ask lands.

  • Partner with the customer experience team to ship AI-assisted security tools and developer-facing products. Coordinate delivery, clear blockers, and track achievements across a portfolio that puts security in the hands of engineers without an architect in the room.

  • Own and continuously improve program reporting, automating or updating dashboards and other reporting methods monthly. Preparing reports for business reviews that convey team impact through

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of Technical Program Manager experience owning complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end in fast-scaling product organizations.

  • Technical breadth to understand a security-dense request — covering AI agent identity, threat modeling, attestation, cloud architecture, or supply chain security — and direct it accurately.

  • Proven track record of building program measurement infrastructure from scratch dashboards, portfolio-tracking systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster agreement across different parts of the organization without authority — shared intake rules, accountability frameworks, and joint commitments that stick.

  • Strong executive communication: simplify complex program status into adoption rates, capacity trends, risk exposure, and business impact.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and practical experience using Jira or similar project tracking software.

  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Practical experience in AI security initiatives — agent authorization, model supply chain integrity, timely injection risks, or LLM deployment security.

  • Background in product security, application security, or secure software development; familiarity with BSIMM or SSDF.

  • Demonstrated ability to link security program results to commercial value — regulated-market pipeline, revenue enablement, or relating architecture decisions to business risk.

  • Background in product security, application security, cloud security architecture, or developing secure applications; experience with BSIMM or SSDF.

  • PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Scrum Master certification.
