This is a 24-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys project delivery, building strong client relationships and seeing projects through construction to completion.

Based in Canberra, you'll act as Hassell's day-to-day representative, working closely with the client, consultants and contractor throughout the delivery phase. You'll have the full support of an established Sydney project team, collaborating regularly while taking ownership of the local project delivery.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be the primary client contact in Canberra throughout project delivery.

  • Coordinate consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Resolve technical and site-related challenges with confidence.
  • Work closely with our Sydney team to ensure consistent communication, quality and delivery.
  • Help deliver a high-quality education project that will have a lasting impact on the community.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex architectural projects through construction.
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and coordination experience.
  • Confidence leading project delivery and making informed decisions on site.
  • Experience using Revit and delivering high-quality documentation.
  • Registration as an Architect in Australia (or eligibility to become registered).
  • Experience on education or public sector projects is desirable but not essential.

About the opportunity

This role is based in Canberra, working primarily from the project and client site, while remaining closely connected to our Sydney studio and project team.
