Drive Impact Across Specialty Pharmacy Programs

Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and improving patient access to life-changing therapies? As a Pharmacy Program Manager, you will lead client programs that connect strategy to execution. You will serve as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical clients and internal teams, using data, insight, and collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance and success of specialty pharmacy programs, ensuring strong results across key metrics such as turnaround time, adherence, and conversion

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients and reimbursement hubs, building trusted partnerships and delivering a seamless experience

  • Turn data into action by analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and driving process improvements that enhance program outcomes

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address risks, delays, and service gaps to maintain program health

  • Guide issue resolution and escalations with a focus on clarity, speed, and positive outcomes

  • Communicate program performance clearly, providing stakeholders with meaningful updates, insights, and recommendations

  • Lead presentations, business reviews, and meetings to share progress, align on priorities, and showcase program value

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, account teams, and clinical partners to ensure alignment and execution

  • Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement and acting as a change agent

  • Represent specialty pharmacy programs professionally in all client interactions, ensuring clear and thoughtful communication

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare operations.

  • 2+ years of client, account, or program management experience.

  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with specialty pharmacy systems or tools (e.g., RxHome, CSP)

  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including building presentations and dashboards

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage internal and external partners

  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems

  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and support change initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 54,100 - 90,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
